Cuticle nippers are accessories that are essential in salon work. Their quality affects the comfort of work and the final result of a manicure treatment. They allow for precise and accurate removal of unwanted cuticles and preparation of the nail plate for further styling steps.

CUTICLE NIPPERS WITH A 3.5 MM BLADE – FEATURES

Cuticle nippers with a blade length of 3.5 mm are characterized by high precision and durability. They can be used by professionals for trimming cuticles during nail styling treatments in beauty salons, as well as in home conditions. The nippers are made from the highest quality stainless steel INOX, which has a high chromium and carbon content, increasing their resistance to various chemical factors.

CUTICLE NIPPERS WITH A 3.5 MM BLADE – CONSTRUCTION

The perfectly made and sharpened blade of the nippers makes full contact along its entire length, eliminating the possibility of play and allowing for extremely precise work. The nippers are equipped with an innovative "Lap Joint" (non-protruding) method of joining the jaws, minimizing material wear and ensuring durability compared to other joining methods. Additionally, the nippers have a double-sided spring, fastened with a stainless steel screw, which translates into their reliability in long-term use.

CUTICLE NIPPERS WITH A 3.5 MM BLADE – USAGE

Cuticle nippers should always be used before applying nail styling products. Dry cuticles are grasped with the blade and trimmed evenly along the nail. Never pull or tug on the cuticles, as it may cause discomfort or pain for the client.

Cuticle nippers are a reusable product. Remember to disinfect and sterilize the tool before each treatment. Cuticle nippers are ideally suited for autoclave sterilization and disinfection with chemical agents, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

How to use

WASHING
Rinse the tools under warm (not hot) water immediately after the treatment (preferably within 20 minutes after the treatment). Then, before the sterilization process, perform pre-cleaning in one of two options:

a) Manual cleaning - use only gentle plastic brushes and neutral detergents (too low a pH may damage the stainless steel protective surface and turn black, too high a pH will cause brown stains). After cleaning, rinse the tools thoroughly under running water, then let them dry and store them in a clean and dry place.

b) Ultrasonic cleaner - tools should be cleaned for the full recommended cycle time - usually 5 to 10 minutes. Place the tool in the open position, making sure the blades do not touch anything. All tools must be completely immersed. Do not mix different types of metals (stainless, copper, chrome, etc.) in one cycle. After ultrasonic cleaning, rinse the tools to remove the cleaning solution.

STERILIZATION
Only clean, previously washed instruments can be sterilized.
Place instruments in the autoclave in sterilization bags individually or in sets. Make sure you use a bag wide enough to allow the instrument to be sterilized in the open (unlocked) position. The recommended sterilization time is 15-30 minutes, at a temperature of 121 – 132 °C.

GENERAL:
Water and moisture of any kind (especially blood, pus, surgical residues) are the main cause of discoloration and pitting. Another mistake is washing tools with an inappropriate solution, e.g. bleach, a solution such as iodine and a solution containing chlorhexidine or chloride-based. Remember to store tools made of different materials separately (stainless steel, copper, carbon steel).
