Cuticle scissors are one of the absolute salon essentials. They allow for precise and accurate preparation of the nail plate for further styling steps. Thanks to them, you can easily and quickly get rid of unwanted cuticles.
CUTICLE SCISSORS - CHARACTERISTICS
Cuticle scissors are used by professionals to cut nails during nail styling treatments in beauty salons as well as at home.
Mistero Milano cuticle scissors are made of high-quality surgical steel, which allows for cleaning in an autoclave. They allow for effective and gentle removal of larger parts of the epidermis from the nail fold. They fit perfectly into most hands thanks to the universally selected arm size and perfectly profiled blade. The length of the scissors is 9.5 cm. They enable maneuvering in all conditions and in hard-to-reach places. A thin, sharp, precisely ground and polished blade allows for accurate and safe removal of cuticles. The scissors work great even with very thick cuticles.
They are also recommended for cutting templates.
CUTICLE SCISSORS - APPLICATION
Cuticle scissors are a reusable product. Remember, however, that each treatment should be carried out after disinfection or sterilization of the instrument.
Our cuticle scissors are handmade by experienced craftsmen who devote their full attention to every detail.
Due to handcrafting, there may be slight differences between individual pieces, which only adds to their charm and authenticity. Thanks to this, each pair of scissors is unique and at the same time fulfills its basic function.

Cleaning and sterilization
Rinse the tools under warm (not hot) water immediately after the treatment (preferably up to 20 minutes after ). Then, before the sterilization process, perform a preliminary cleaning in one of two options:
a) Manual cleaning - use only delicate plastic brushes and neutral detergents (too low pH may damage the stainless steel protective surface and cause black coloring, too high pH will cause brown stains). After cleaning, rinse tools thoroughly under running water, then let them dry and store in a clean, dry place.
b) Ultrasonic cleaner - instruments should be cleaned through the full recommended cycle time - typically 5 to 10 minutes. Place the tool in the open position, make sure the blades do not touch any parts. All tools must be completely submerged. Do not mix different types of metals (stainless, copper, chrome etc.) in one cycle. Rinse the tools after ultrasonic cleaning to remove the cleaning solution.
Only clean, previously washed instruments can be sterilized. Autoclave instruments in single sterilization bags separately or in sets. Make sure you use a bag wide enough for the instrument to be sterilized in the open (unlocked) position. The recommended sterilization time is 15-30 minutes at 121 - 135 ° C.
Water and all kinds of moisture (especially blood, pus, surgical residues) are the main causes of discoloration and pitting. Washing tools with an unsuitable solution (e.g. bleach, iodine-type solution, chlorhexidine or chloride-based solution) is forbidden. Remember to store tools made of different materials separately (stainless steel, copper, carbon steel).
