Sanding Band Mandrels are intended for manicure treatment as well as for care and therapeutic pedicure. They can be used during the treatment of nail plate extension, e.g. for shortening, filing and smoothing gel or acrylic mass. Depending on the gradation, they are also perfect for leveling the natural plate and removing the cuticles. They are also an excellent choice for removing calloused epidermis, calluses, corns and for the care of the metatarsus and toes. The bands need to be placed on special mandrels inserted into the handle of the drill machine.
The sanding band mandrels EASY OFF are made of the highest quality materials that ensure ergonomic and safe use. The advantage of the entire system (mandrel + band) is, above all, easy, fast and extremely comfortable work because, unlike many solutions already available on the market, the bands adhere tightly and stably to the mandrel, and at the same time they are extremely easy to remove. The EASY OFF mandrel works very well with the band, it does not cause any vibrations, which is its great advantage.
The mandrel is used to attach sanding bands with a diameter of 7 mm. The diameter of the clamping spindle, which is inserted into the drill machine clamp, is 2.34 mm, which is a standard on the EU market. They fit all drill machines available on the Polish market.
The mandrel can be disinfected and even sterilized in an autoclave, with a program set to suit temperature-sensitive components. When using dremel during the procedure, remember to put an sanding cap on it before inserting it into the drill machine.

1. Place the appropriate grit sanding band on the mandrel.
2. Install the mandrel in the drill machine inlot, then block the inlot.
3. Turn on the drill machine, then start the pedicure.
