How to do hybrid nails?

Hybrid manicure, in contrast to a classic one, provides a great convenience for the user, what is more it saves a lot of precious time needed for the whole treatment. That kind of stylization does not require a slow drying process of nail polish. An hour is enough to perform a full hybrid manicure, right after pulling your hand out of the lamp you can enjoy your manicure and its durability for up to several weeks. The layers of the base, gel lacquer and hybrid top coat do not affect the thickness of the nail significantly. You gain an extremely durable stylization with a maximally natural look of the nail plate. Additionally, the hybrid top provides increased protection of nails and a perfect shine for over 3 weeks. Hybrid manicure is very easy to perform, all you need is: good quality products and a commonly available UV-LED lamp. Find your favorite color, choose a base and top suited to your nail plate and you are ready to go!

Hybrid Manicure – step by step:

1. In order to apply light-curable products you should start with working out the nail plate with a delicate file, and removing the cuticles using a wooden stick or a metal cuticle trimmer. Depending on the level of advancement, you can also completely cut the cuticles out - to do this, use cuticle nippers or cuticle scissors.

2. Remove the shine from natural nail using Nail Prep Standard or Antisettico, wait couple seconds and apply the PRIMER. Use Primer Delicato or Primer Standard – it will degrease and etch the nail plate preparing it for further manicure steps.

3. Apply a layer of basecoat. Use a mineral base that will significantly affect the durability of the entire stylization. Then cure the product in the lamp UV 120 seconds, lub led 60-90 seconds.

4. Apply a thin layer of color gel lacquer, then cure it in the lamp. If you need to get a higher level of coverage - repeat this step. Remember to use the brush gently just under the cuticles, not to flood them with the product. Do not forget to secure the free edge of the nail with product.

5. Secure the entire stylization with a topcoat. For a natural effect, use a mineral top. Apply a thin layer of it and secure the free edge of the nail. Before curing the product in the lamp, turn your hands over for several seconds so that the product creates a perfect refraction of light and gets the perfect shape. Then put your hand in the lamp and cure the product.

6. After pulling your hand out of the lamp, wait about 60 seconds and then apply the moisturizing oil and gently massage it into the cuticles and entire hands.

The stylization is done. From now on, for a few weeks you can enjoy the unique shine and intense color of your manicure.
